Campbell & Haliburton Group of Companies believes a strong community is good for everyone. Therefore, we respect all members of society “like a family.”  This is the foundation of the CH Group, and we believe our company slogan reflects that.

In our annual business plan, we allocate a budget specifically for ongoing investment in the Regina community. Further, we commit to supporting education, health, wellness and events. We believe it is our social responsibility to contribute to the well-being of our citizens, as this maintains a balance between the economy and society.

MAY GIVEAWAY

Starting May 3rd, and running until the end of the month, you have an opportunity to win a $100 gift card to Golf’s Steakhouse. We are making a new post every week up until the last week of May. Participating is simple: follow, like, and either tag or share the contest post on our social media accounts. This means you have three chances to enter! Our monthly contest series offers our customers a chance to win a gift card or experience from a local Regina business!

BOMA 2024

BOMA, a champion for real estate owners and managers, offers many benefits through education, recognition, professional development, and best practices. We were pleased to have our own Patrick Bonk and Curtis Holden attend the event, but also engage the attendees at our Campbell & Haliburton trade booth where, in the spirit of education, they prepared some materials on Equipment Breakdown coverage for the members in attendance!

SGI CONVENTION

The Campbell & Haliburton Insurance team was excited to attend SGI Canada’s Annual Broker Convention. This event allows brokers to learn more about the field and provides valuable networking opportunities. One of the reasons why myCH.ca’s brokers are so knowledgable is because each and every individual strives to learn more about getting you the best coverage possible.

CHINESE FESTIVAL

We were excited to attend this year’s Chinese Spring Festival to celebrate Chinese culture. Where else can you see dragons devouring money? It’s also always a good time to watch Chad Cunningham from Rawlco Radio exercising his auctioneer skills, providing a comedic relief that only someone with no experience could pull off. This year, funds were raised to support the Hospitals of Regina Foundation. CH Group is always happy to support this worthy cause!

FOOD CONVENTION

CH Group’s President, John Grant, attended Food Producers of Canada (FPC)’s Annual Conference. FPC’s mandate is to represent and advocate for Canadian-owned food-based companies! Like most independently owned businesses, the food industry faces the same issues and opportunities as most of our operations. FPC’s role is to advance the food industry’s interests and recognize food producers’ contributions to the Canadian economy.

BRAILLE CHALLENGE

On March 14, 2024, the Saskatchewan 2nd Annual Regional Braille Challenge winners were announced at Arcola Community School.

In February, students from Saskatoon Public and Catholic Schools, Dr. George Ferguson School, and Arcola Community School participated in timed skills challenges that included reading comprehension, spelling, braille speed, accuracy, proofreading, and charts and graphs.

Z99 RADIOTHON

For thirty-seven years and going strong, Z99 Radiothon has raised an outstanding $11.3 million for the Hospitals of Regina Foundation in support of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Rawlco Centre for Mother Baby Care at Regina General Hospital. This achievement alone is worth Campbell & Haliburton’s support. The 37th annual donation total was $511,698 and we want to thank the Regina community for all their support!

CHIP & DALE HOMES

One of the highlights of 2023 was being a part of the Chip and Dale Homes project. Chip and Dale is a non-profit organization that began their work in 1981. Believing that every individual is an asset to the community, they strive to enrich the lives of people with intellectual disabilities. They provide people-centered support daily through their homes, day programs, and supported living options.
